Some activities include PowerPoint, Word or Excel resource files. To view or amend any of these files you must first save them to your computer hard drive. You will also need to have the relevant software installed on your computer to view them. The following Help instructions are provided alongside each of these files.

To save any of these files to disk:

Internet Explorer
Windows - right click the link and select 'Save Target As'
Macintosh - click the link and the document will load in the application, select 'File/Save As'

Netscape
Windows - click the link and select 'save it to disk'
Macintosh - click the link to save the document to your hard drive

Space Station Survival (within Is there life?) includes Real Audio and Video files to provide an exciting context for the activity. It is possible to carry out Survival without the video files, but the audio files are required to introduce pupils to the activity.
